PFRDA Assistant Manager 2025 Syllabus

Candidates must carefully review the PFRDA Assistant Manager Syllabus & Exam Pattern in order to be fully prepared for the Assistant Manager exam. The syllabus includes common subjects like Economics, Finance, Statistics as well as specialized subjects for each stream. The selection process includes two online objective tests in two stages. Stage I exam will have 2 papers of 100 marks each with sections on English, Quant, Reasoning and General Awareness. Shortlisted candidates will be offered the post of Assistant Managers in the Grade A minimum of scale is approx. Rs.1,57,000/- per month. On an average, the gross annual PFRDA Assistant Manager Salary varies for those possessing higher qualifications in relevant fields. A one year probation period is also applicable for the role. 

In addition to pay and benefits, PFRDA Assistant Managers would also be eligible for qualification pay as under:

Probation Period: The successful candidates recruited for the post of PFRDA Assistant Manager shall undergo probation period of one year. The candidates shall be confirmed for the services of PFRDA only if they have a satisfactory performance during the probation period. Posting: Selected PFRDA Grade A officers may be transferred to any location in India where PFRDA has its Offices and posted to any department in PFRDA, irrespective of stream.
