PFRDA Assistant Manager 2025 Eligibility Criteria
All candidates must meet the official PFRDA Assistant Manager Eligibility specified in the official notification released by the PFRDA. We have mentioned the age limit, educational qualification below.
PFRDA Grade A Age Limit (As on 31st July 2025)
As per the official notification, candidates must not be more than 30 years of age as of 31st July 2025. This means applicants should be born on or after 1st August 1995.
However, age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms. SC/ST candidates will get a relaxation of up to 5 years, and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates will get a relaxation of up to 3 years, only if the posts are reserved for these categories. PFRDA Grade A Selection Process 2025
The PFRDA Grade A Selection Process 2025 is designed to assess candidates through a structured and competitive evaluation. The process typically involves multiple stages, including an online examination and an interview. Each phase is aimed at testing the candidate’s subject knowledge, reasoning abilities, and communication skills. Only those who perform well in all stages will be considered for final selection.
Stage-I - Online Test-I (85% weightage)
It will be an online objective test consisting of two papers - Paper I containing questions on English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and General Awareness and Paper II containing subject specific questions. Both papers will be of 100 marks each for a total of 200 marks.
Stage-II - Online Test-II (Intermediate stage)
Shortlisted candidates from Stage-I will be called for another online objective test of 200 marks consisting of Paper I of English Language test and Paper II containing subject specific questions.
Stage-III - Interview (15% weightage)
Candidates who qualify both Online Test-I and II will be shortlisted for interview round which will be of 15% weightage. Interview will be conducted in either Hindi or English as opted by candidate to assess their suitability for the post. Final selection will be based on combined performance in all three stages.
PFRDA Grade A 2025 Syllabus
Candidates must carefully review the PFRDA Assistant Manager Syllabus & Exam Pattern in order to be fully prepared for the Assistant Manager exam. The syllabus includes common subjects like Economics, Finance, Statistics as well as specialized subjects for each stream. The selection process includes two online objective tests in two stages. Stage I exam will have 2 papers of 100 marks each with sections on English, Quant, Reasoning and General Awareness. Stage II will have a Descriptive English paper and Subject specific paper, each of 100 marks. Each paper will have a mix of 50 multiple choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes for Paper I and 40 minutes for Paper II. There will be negative marking of 1/4 marks for wrong answers.

Probation Period: The successful candidates recruited for the post of PFRDA Assistant Manager shall undergo probation period of one year.
