Calculation:

Option 1:

Speed in m/sec = 20 m/sec

Speed in km/h = 20 × (18/5)

⇒ 72 km/h

Option 2:

Time = Distance/Speed

Option 3:

Speed = Distance/Time

So, we can say speed and time are inversely proportional, i.e. if the speed is more time taken will be less. So, a smaller time means a larger speed. I.e In order to cover a certain distance in a shorter time span, the object should have a greater speed.

Option 4:

Speed in m/sec = 24

Speed in km/h = 24 × (18/5)

⇒ 86.4 km/h

The speed of 99 km/h is greater than the speed of 24 m/s. 

So, all the option is correct except option 4

∴ The required answer is Option 4.
