R.C.E.M stands for Regional College of Education Mysore. It is an approach to writing instructional objectives invented by Prof. Dabey in the behavioral term in a new way.

• He converted the six divisions of the cognitive domain into four i.e knowledge, understanding, Application, and creativity.
• He merged Analysis synthesis and evaluation into new group creativity.
• It is related to the cognitive domain but it is usually fruitful for the affective and Psychomotor domains. 
• It consists of the following mental abilities under the four domains  
  • Knowledge - Recall and Recognition
  • Understanding - See Relationship, Cite example, Discriminate, Classification, Interpretation, Verify, Generalize.
  • Application - Reason, Formulae hypothesis,  Establish hypothesis, Infer, Predict.

Hence we conclude that none of the above belongs to the approach of the RCEM approach.
