Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination for entry into M.Pharma Programme. The GPAT Application form 2025 has been released by the exam conducting body on April 1 2025, to April 21, 2025. Corrections can be made from April 25 to May 5 and the Exam is scheduled for May 25,2025.The student who wants to pursue M.Pharm must clear GPAT. Till 2018, the GPAT exam was conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). NTA has been conducting this test since 2019.

• This Test facilitates institutions to select suitable Pharmacy Graduates for admission into the Masters (M.Pharma) Program. The GPAT is a three hours Computer Based Online Test. How to Apply for GPAT 2025?

The application form for the GPAT 2025 entrance exam can be done by online mode. The following are the procedures that need to be followed by the candidate to apply for the GPAT exam.

1. Complete GPAT Registration process online and note down the system-generated application number

Step 1: Go to the official website, click on "New Registration"

Step 2: Enter details such as Email Id, mobile number, etc.

Step 3: Create a password

Step 4: Choose security question

Step 5: Note down your password, security question and its answer

Step 6: Note down the system generated application number

2. Complete the GPAT Application Form

Step 1: Login using application number and password

Step 2: Proceed to fill out the application form

Step 3: Check all the details before submitting the Form

3. Upload Scanned Images

Step 1: Upload scanned copy of a passport-sized photograph

Step 2: Upload scanned copy of the signature

How to Make Corrections in the GPAT Application Form?

NTA has opened the GPAT application form correction window from 25th April to 5 May 2025. This is the last chance for the candidates to correct the errors in their form. The candidates should fill out the form carefully and within the deadline too. The candidates should follow the given procedures:

Step 3: Login using the GPAT application no. and password

Step 4: Make the necessary corrections

GPAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Students who are appearing for the GPAT Exam must satisfy all the Eligibility Criteria declared by the NTA, or else they cannot appear in the entrance exam. The eligibility criteria have been mentioned below:

• Applicants must be a citizen of India.
• They must be Bachelor's degree holders in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry candidates).
• Those who are in the final year of the B.Pharmacy course are also eligible for appearing in the GPAT exam.
• B.Tech (Pharmaceutical and fine chemical technology)/ equivalent students are not eligible to appear for GPAT examination.

Important documents Required to fill the form GPAT 2025

Candidates should keep the following documents ready before filling the GPAT application form:

• Qualification details
• Scanned passport-sized photograph (size between 10 kb - 200 kb in JPG/JPEG format)
• Scanned signature (size between 4 kb - 30 kb in JPG/JPEG format)
• A valid email Id
• A valid mobile number
• A valid debit card/ credit card/ net banking account
