Candidates need to pass a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. There is no barrier in terms of belonging to any specific stream or aggregate required for this. Tier II is also a computer-based test (CBT) that consists of English Language and Comprehension and Quantitative Aptitude paper with each one is of 200 marks and there is a negative marking scheme, in case of former there is a deduction of 0.25 marks for each incorrect attempt, and in case of later 0.50 is deducted for each wrong answer.

Tier III is a descriptive paper, it’s conducted in pen and paper mode for 100 marks in sixty minutes in both English and Hindi pertaining to Essay/Precis/Letter/Application, etc.

Tier IV is a document verification process, selected candidates need to verify the proof of their educational qualifications and other relevant details for the same.
