RRB Technician Selection Process 2024 for CBT
The RRB Technician Selection Process notification has been released by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). The RRB Technician Selection Process is carried out in 3 stages: computer based Test, Medical examination, and Document Verification. Candidates will be selected by the board as per their performance in the CBT. There are 9144 vacancies under this RRB Technician Recruitment this year, therefore candidates have to qualify each RRB Technician Exam Selection round to be recruited. Candidates clearing all the stages of the exam will be finally appointed as a Technician under RRB.
- All the candidates must know the RRB Technician Selection Process thoroughly before applying for the RRB Technician Job Profile so that they can prepare themselves accordingly.
- The first stage is the Computer-Based Test (CBT) which will be an objective-based exam. The exam will be held for a total of 100 marks.

RRB Technician Recruitment Selection Process 2024
Candidates appearing for the RRB Technician Recruitment must be familiar with the exam pattern for each stage of the selection process. By knowing the candidates can understand the type of questions, topic-wise weightage and marking scheme. This will help candidates develop an effective preparation strategy to score better. CBT
The RRB Technician CBT exam will be conducted for RRB Technician posts. There will be separate CBT for each post of Technician Grade-III & Technician Grade-I Signal. It will be an objective-type test. The detailed exam pattern for each post is given below.

Document Verification (DV):
- Candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification based on their marks and merit in the CBT for the respective Pay Levels.
- Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their passing the requisite Medical Fitness Test to be conducted by the Railway Administration and final verification of all essential documents and verification of antecedents / character of the candidates.
