According to the question, after ‘4’ and ‘5’ are interchanged:

20 ÷ 4 + 5 × 10 = ? ⇒ 20 ÷ 5 + 4 × 10 = ?

⇒ 20 ÷ 5 + 4 × 10 = ?

⇒ 4 + 4 × 10 = ?

⇒ 4 + 40 = ?

⇒ 44 = ?
