- 16वीं और 17वीं शताब्दी में सिंध पर मुगलों (1591-1700) का शासन था। इसके बाद कई स्वतंत्र सिंधी राजा हुए। सिंधी राजवंश 1843 में अंग्रेजों के हाथों पराजित हुए और इस क्षेत्र पर अंग्रेजों का राज स्थापित हुआ। उस समय सिंध के अधिकांश हिस्से को बॉम्बे प्रेसीडेंसी में मिला लिया गया था।
