The minimum age is 18 years whereas the maximum age limit is 42 years. As per the official notification, the upper age limit will be relaxed for the reserved category candidates as per the Govt rules.
Applicants shall not be eligible for appointment, if they do not possess an adequate knowledge of the language or languages of the district in which they are to be appointed. The list containing the languages of the Judicial Districts is mentioned below:

Provided that where two or more languages are specified for a district and sufficient number of candidates, who have an adequate knowledge of all the languages, are not available, candidates who have an adequate knowledge of any one of the said languages according to the needs of the district may be selected and such candidates shall be eligible for appointment in that district.
Candidates willing to secure the AP High Court Stenographer post must be Indian Nationals when applying for the post.
The High Court Of Andhra Pradesh has not released any limit on the number of attempts to appear in the AP High Court Stenographer Recruitment. Candidates can apply till they cross their maximum age limit as per the category and other eligibility conditions.
