The Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) has released a notification that has information regarding the HPCET Eligibility Criteria for 2025 admissions. Interested candidates must go through these HPCET Eligibility Criteria carefully before filling up the form. There are a lot of criteria that a candidate must satisfy including educational qualifications, age limit, and nationality before sitting for the exam. The candidates must carefully check that they satisfy all the eligibility conditions to avoid any kind of disqualification later on during the selection procedure.
- The selections for admission to various courses in HPTU will be through the written exam.
- The HPCET Eligibility Criteria include the age limit, educational qualifications, and nationality to name a few.

HPCET Eligibility 2025
The eligibility for the HPCET (Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test) in 2025 is expected to include a minimum age of 17 years, Indian nationality, and no limit on the number of attempts. Educational qualifications vary based on the specific course applied for. However, no prior experience is required to apply for the entrance test. Candidates must meet these requirements to be eligible for the exam.

HPCET Age limit
The candidates interested in applying for the HPCET Exam must have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the course.
HPCET Educational Qualification
In order to be eligible for admission, the candidates must possess some educational qualifications. The educational qualifications are different for different courses. The eligibility criteria for the same is as follows:

HPCET Nationality
Candidates from all across the country are eligible to apply for the admission to HPTU. The candidates must however satisfy other criteria specified by the recruiting body.

HPCET Number of attempts
There is no limit to the number of attempts. The candidates can appear for the exam as many times as he/she wants provided he/she satisfies other criteria.
