Haryana DIPRO Selection Process
As far as the selection process is concerned, If the applications will be less in number, then the selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview but if the applications are large then either of the following mentioned methods will be adopted:
- On the basis of Percentage of marks in the Degree which is essential qualification
- On the basis of Percentage of marks in different educational qualifications, with weightage as decided by the Commission.
- On the basis of Desirable qualifications or any one or all of the desirable qualifications if more than one desirable qualification is prescribed.
- On the basis of Higher educational qualifications than the minimum/ essential prescribed in the advertisement or Higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed
- By counting experience before or after the acquisition of minimum/ essential qualification.
- By holding a Written Test (Recruitment Test).
