⇒ 0 + 1 + 40

⇒ 41 odd days.

And, from 1st Jan 1933 to 23 March 1933:

⇒ 31(Jan) + 28(Feb, 1933 is not a leap year) + 23(March) = 82 days.

Total odd days → 41 + 82 = 123 days = 123/7 = 17 weeks and 4 odd days.
