The least possible Venn diagram for the given statement is:

Conclusions:

I. Some ornaments are jewellery → Follow (As, all jewellery are gold and all gold are ornaments. So, as whole jewellery comes in gold which whole comes in ornaments therefore it is definitely true.)

II. Some metals are jewellery → Does not Follow (As, all metals are gold and all jewellery are gold. So, it is possible but not definitely true)

III. All jewellery are ornaments → Follow (As, all jewellery are gold and all gold are ornaments. So, as whole jewellery comes in gold which whole comes in ornaments therefore it is definitely true.)

So, Only conclusions I and Ill follow.
