The pattern followed here is:

Logic: No two opposite faces are adjacent to each other.

Let's find which number is faced opposite to face having '2'.

We are taking both dice figures (1) & (2) together.

Here, 6 and 3 are common in both dice and 5 is opposite to 2.

Now, we are taking dice figures (2) & (3) together.

Here, 2 is common in both the dice and the rotated clockwise direction.

Opposite pairs:

⇒ 5 ⇔ 2

⇒ 6 ⇔ 1

⇒ 3 ⇔ 4

Clearly, 5 is the opposite of 2.

Hence, the correct answer is "5".
