Formula used:

Percentage of item1 w.r.t item 2 = \({item1\over item2}× 100\:\)

Calculation:

Difference in the expenditure on health and entertainment = 26% - 14% = 12%

The expenditure on food = 20%

Percentage of the expenditure on difference in health and entertainment w.r.t on food = \({12\over 20}\) × 100 = 12 x 5 = 60%

Hence, the difference in the expenditure on health and entertainment is 60% percentage of the expenditure on food.
