And,

153 ≠ 147 (LHS ≠ RHS)

And,

90 = 90 (LHS = RHS)

15 × 3 = 45

45 = 45 (LHS = RHS)

And,

45 × 3 = 135

135 = 135 (LHS = RHS)

22 × 3 = 66

66 = 66 (LHS = RHS)

And,

66 × 3 = 198

198 = 198 (LHS = RHS)

Thus, out of all the options only option - (1) doesn't follow the same pattern as others.

Hence, "Option - (1)" is the correct answer.
