- क्षेत्र प्रभाव ट्रान्झिस्टर (FET) हा एक प्रकारचा ट्रान्झिस्टर आहे जो अर्धवाहकामध्ये विद्युत प्रवाह नियंत्रित करण्यासाठी विद्युत क्षेत्र वापरतो.
