Oreos, butter, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg, melted chocolate, mini Rolos.
Mix crushed Oreos & melted butter. Press into muffin liners. Bake at 175°C for 5 mins.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add coffee mixture, vanilla, eggs, and cream. Mix until combined.
Bake at 160°C for 15-18 mins until set.
Pour batter over crusts. Place a Mini Rolo in the center of each.
Cool completely, then chill for 2 hours. Drizzle caramel & add extra Rolos.
Top with whipped cream, cocoa powder, or chocolate shavings. Slice and enjoy.
