The snake was black and yellow, and it looked like it was staring at him. The man, called Rayban Naklengboon, posted pictures of this shocking discovery on Facebook. Many people on the internet were shocked and talked a lot about it.
The strange event happened in Pak Tho, Mueang Ratchburi, when Rayban bought the popsicle – a frozen treat – from a street vendor. The post’s caption in Thai, when translated to English, says, “Such big eyes. Is it dead yet? Black bean, street vendor, real picture because I bought it myself.”

Rayban, however, didn’t say which brand the ice cream was from. People on social media kept wondering where the frozen snake came from.
Some people guessed that the snake might be a golden tree snake, which is a mildly venomous species found in the area. Others thought the snake looked like a young one.
