Motorola has always been able to give their phones an advantage over the competitors through their innovative new design and specs. With the new Edge 60 Series Stylus, the phone has been given a new input stylus that can be used to draw, take notes or sketch. Beyond that Motorola has been able to provide the phone with an IP68 water resistance even though the phone has a inlet for stylus.
The Phone has been launched with a 6.7 -Inch 1.5 L pOLED punch hole display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 3,000 nits peak brightness capability. Beyond that the phone has also been given a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for further protection against falls. To ensure that the users get a full day’s worth of use, the phone has been equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery, with a 68W charger inside the box. Beyond that the phone has also been given a 15W wireless charging as well.

The phone is being powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 Processor in Edge 60 Stylus with 8GB Ram and up to 256GB ufs 2.2 internal storage. Motorola has stepped beyond the competitors by offering an expandable storage with a Micro SD card. The phone operates on Hello Ui based on Android 15 out of the Box. The phone has further been given a primary 50MP camera sensor with Sony LYT700c sensor along with 13MP ultrawide lens, along with a 32MP selfie camera. The Smartphone would be up for sale from April 23, 12 Pm on Flipkart and in other leading retail stores as well. The 8Gb +256Gb variant has been priced at Rs 22,999.
Stylus Incorporation
With specifications that are pretty similar to that of the other phones in the segment such as Nothing Phone 3a as well as Realme P3 Pro. Motorola has tried to offer their phone an advantage with the stylus feature. While the phone might appear to have an advantage, how useful the new Stylus would be in everyday normal usage, would only be evident once the phone goes on sale. Beyond that Motorola has placed another ace up the sleeve of its phone, an expandable storage.
While the contemporaries have skipped the addition of an expandable storage, Motorola is still ardent upon adding expandable storage to their phones. With the mid Range phone specifications getting very similar any advantage such as that of a Stylus or Expandable Memory could be beneficial to overall reception of the phone.
