There are several schemes running under the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) of Uttar Pradesh. YEIDA has launched another plot scheme in Sector 18, Pocket-9B of Greater Noida. The plots under this new scheme is located near the Noida International Airport.
About The Scheme:
The scheme, known as RPS-09/2025, is made for the people, including farmers, industrial workers, and non-resident Indians (NRIs), who are interested in owning property in a rapidly growing area of Greater Noida. The scheme offers 276 plots, each measuring 200 square meters. The land has been completely acquired by YEIDA, with development scheduled over the next five years. These plots will be allotted on a 90-year lease and are designated exclusively for residential use.

Eligibility Criteria:
The applicant should be 18 or above 18 year old. The applicant should be an Indian citizen or an NRI. The applicant is not eligible for the scheme if she or he is having a plot under this scheme by YEIDA previously.
The scheme allocates 17.5% of the reservations for farmers whose land was acquired and 5% for workers from operational industrial units.

How To Apply?
- To apply for a plot, visit the YEIDA website to download the brochure and application form.
- Complete the online form by providing your personal information, bank details, and eligibility proof.
- Pay the registration fee—Rs 3.5 lakh for SC/ST applicants and Rs 7 lakh for general and other categories.
- Upload the required scanned documents and submit the application online before the deadline.

Allotment Process:
Plots will be allotted through a manual draw of lots, with separate draws conducted for each applicant category. Any unclaimed plots from reserved categories will be reallocated to the general category. Successful applicants will receive their allotment letters via registered post.
