In a shocking incident, a pack of stray dogs killed a 13-year-old boy in Bihar’s Samastipur district. The police said the canines chewed his skin so that the bones were visible.
Dogs attacked him after seeing him alone

He, along with other villagers, rushed to help him, but by the time they managed to shoo away the canines, the boy had died.
