A high-speed expressway is being built that will pass through eight districts in Bihar: West Champaran, East Champaran, Shivhar, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Supaul, Araria, and Kishanganj. This project will also include the construction of several bridges over the Gandak, Bagmati, and Kosi rivers. This will improve connectivity in the state.
